Construction Features:
Face Frames:
Face frames are ¾″ thick solid wood with 1½″ stiles and rails. Vertical center mullions, when present, are 3″. Intermediate rails
are 1½″ in base and vanity cabinets, and 1½″ or 3″ in wall and tall cabinets, depending on cabinet configuration. Face frames are
dadoed to receive end panels, tops, bottoms, and fixed shelves. They are reinforced with self-boring screws, and bonded with
adhesives to enhance stability and ensure square construction.
Cabinet Box:
Standard Construction:
Tops, bottoms and end panels are constructed from ½″ thick industrial grade particleboard with a vinyl interior and exterior.
End panels are dadoed into the face frame and set back from the outside edge 5⁄16″. Backs are ¼″ thick industrial grade medium
density fibercore, with maple wood-grain vinyl to match the cabinet interior. Backs are affixed to end panels with machine
dado, reinforced with adhesive and staples. Embossed quality vinyl finish allows for easy clean up and reduces the likelihood of
stains.
Plywood Construction:
Tops, bottoms and end panels are constructed from ½″ thick plywood with a vinyl interior and exterior. End panels are dadoed
into the face frame and set back from the outside edge 5⁄16″. The exterior of the end panel is intended for concealed installation.
Finished ends must be specified. Backs are ¼″ thick plywood, with maple wood-grain vinyl to match the cabinet interior. Backs
are affixed to end panels with machine grooving, reinforced with adhesive and staples. Finished interior cabinets will not be
plywood, they will be MDF with veneer. Plywood shelves are also available.

Stains:
Countryside stained products and accessories consist
of complete water base stains applied on a
state of the art flat line finish system. The stains
are consistently applied with 2 reciprocating spray
guns with fine tip heads. Qualified personnel then
hand wipe the wood for an even application of
the stain. This will highlight the grain patterns and
beauty of the wood.
